Job summary

Schneider National is hiring an intermodal driver in the Baltimore, MD area. You will haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis, with 99% no-touch freight and up to 80% drop-and-hook.

Expect to drive in and out of railyards within Maryland, with paid orientation and structured benefits. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus load pay, PTO after six months, six holidays per year, and an annual bonus of up to 3% of gross pay.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• HazMat and tanker endorsements are strongly preferred.
• Live within 50 miles of Baltimore, MD.
• Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Haul freight containers secured to company-owned chassis.
• Operate within Maryland rail yards and intermodal facilities.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance while moving loads.
