Seeking nurses for a weekend shift (Fri-Sun, 7 PM-7 AM) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, 40 hours of upfront PTO, and weekend extra half pay.

1. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe, evidence-based patient care across all age groups, including neonate to geriatric.
2. Perform general nursing duties, supervise support staff, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
3. Requirements include RN licensure in Iowa, BLS (within 3 months), ACLS, and preferred acute care experience.
