Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a professional driver for our Bethel, PA operation. The role requires a Class A CDL, at least 1 year of driving experience with trailers, and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Expect to operate five days a week with shifts spanning Friday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with potential schedule changes based on business needs. Compensation is $27.50 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year driving experience, preferably with trailers or towed machinery.
• Must have Class A CDL and pass pre-employment screenings/background checks.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean driving record and valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Pre-trip and inspect each trailer to meet DOT standards.
• Position trailers on the dock using a yard switcher tractor.
• Switch trailers for line hauls and connect sets for daily sort.
• Communicate trailer moves and numbers clearly with operations management.
