Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of experience operating a heavy haul tractor trailer with doubles.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to pass physical and DOT drug screen.
• Must have a safe driving record with no avoidable accidents in the past five years.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck.
• Operates truck in compliance with OSHA/DOT and local laws.
• Mounts/dismounts heavy-duty equipment as required.
• Communicates with customers as needed and to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Notifies of accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Reports any repair/replacement needs for containers.
• Keeps vehicle clean and professional in appearance.
