Qualifications

• Valid Class A license with a Doubles endorsement is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience hauling heavy equipment, ideally in agriculture.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport equipment such as implements, tractors, forklifts, and cargo to designated sites.
• Complete all paperwork for equipment in a timely manner.
• Maintain communication with Managers, Supervisors, and Forepersons.
• Transport heavy equipment using lowboys and specialized trailers.
• Perform pre-trip inspections to meet safety regulations.
• Secure cargo with chains and straps to prevent shifting.
• Adhere to traffic laws and maintain driving records.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery schedules with dispatchers and team members.
• Perform routine truck/trailer maintenance and checks.
• Assist with loading/unloading heavy gear and support shop/production tasks.
