Atterro in Delaware, OH is hiring a CDL A Hazmat Driver for a temp role with 3:00 AM start, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Saturday. The position offers $28.00–$30.00 per hour plus $0.78/mile and $17/stop, with a weekly guarantee of $1,500.

You will haul auto parts, touch freight, unload with a lift gate, lift 50 lbs, and deliver to OH, PA, WV, KY, IN, MI. Requirements include valid CDL-A, hazmat endorsement, DOT Medical Card, FMCSA Clearinghouse clear, 1 year CDL experience, and a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 1 year CDL experience within the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DUI or reckless driving in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Make 5-8 stops delivering to OH, PA, WV, KY, IN, MI.

What You Will Do

As a CDL A Hazmat Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.

A CDL A Hazmat Driver is responsible for transporting goods safely, efficiently, and professionally while supporting the movement of products throughout the supply chain. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service.

Successful CDL A Hazmat Driver candidates understand vehicle operation, transportation regulations, and defensive driving practices while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting delivery schedules.
