Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is looking for CDL school graduates to join the Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will receive training with a mentor, a paid orientation, and weekly pay during the training phase, building the skills needed to go solo.

After moving to solo driving, you can expect $1,600–$1,800+ per week with no-touch freight, home time options, company-paid tolls and fuel programs, and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally and put safety first.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and one-on-one mentor training.
• Train with an assigned mentor and prepare for solo driving.
• Operate Eastern regional dry van freight with no-touch shipments.
