Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers flexibility in pay options, including percentage or CPM, with steady freight, support, and maximized home time. Earn $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Pay options:

• $0.53-$0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay, with a $.01 CPM annual tenure increase
• OR 27% of line haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: $1,200 (30 days - 2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Additional Advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025), paid in the first 180 days: Week 1 = $1,500, Week 2 = $1,200, 120 Days = $2,300, 180 Days = $5,000
• Orientation includes rental car or plane ticket, single rooms, and meals
• Loyalty Pay, 401(k) with employer match, top equipment, rider and pet policy, insurance benefits, paid vacation and holidays
• Driver Referral pay increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 - 9/30/2025): First load = $1,000, 90 Days = $1,000, 120 Days = $1,500, 180 Days = $1,500

Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience within past three years
• No more than three violations or accidents in three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
