System Transport is looking for experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers to join our team in Findlay, Ohio. Drivers will operate regional routes with most weekends off and enjoy competitive pay ranging from $56,949.36 to $102,993.80 per year, along with a $5,000 hiring bonus.

Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed drivers for regional routes. Most weekends off. Competitive pay ranges $56,949.36–$102,993.80 per year with a $5,000 hiring bonus. Full benefits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn $0.57–$0.71 per mile based on experience.
• Weekly pay $1,095.18–$1,980.65 based on experience, route, attendance, and length of service.
• Accessorial compensation: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay as appropriate.
• Hiring bonus $5,000 (eligibility requirements apply).
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance; disability; health savings account; 401(k) with match; employee assistance program; $1,800 transition package; sick/pto accrual etc.

Orientation

Paid orientation in Spokane, Washington. Travel and lodging provided. Arrive Monday, truck ready Saturday.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license (CDL‑A).
• Minimum 4+ months driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
• Age 21 or older.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check.
• Clean drug test.
• Clean clearinghouse results.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑ft platform twice.
• Prefer one year truck driving experience, not required.

Bonus Eligibility Details

$5,000 hiring bonus paid in four equal payments of $1,250 every 90 days over 12 months for current and active drivers. Must be employed and actively driving. Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (<4 months CDL‑A) not eligible.
