Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL (CDL-A).
• Minimum 6+ months of driving experience.
• A safe driving record on the road.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check required.
• A clean drug test required.
• Clean clearinghouse results required.
• Physically able to tarp a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice; tarp about 70% of loads (tested during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Drive regional flatbed routes transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals.
• Operate safely and comply with DOT regulations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Join System Transport and participate in orientation, then engage with recruiters to discuss routes.

Driver Benefits:

GREAT PAY PACKAGE

• Earn $0.68 to $0.72 per mile, depending on experience
• Earn $1,007.70 - $2,161.02 per week depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service
• Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate
