With various commodities and lanes, Montgomery Transport offers flexibility on how YOU want to get paid: percentage or CPM! Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $75,000 per year!

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Pay:

• $0.53-$0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR choose 27% of line haul

Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

Additional advantages:

• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid in the first 180 days!
• Week 1 = $1,500
• Week 2 = $1,200
• 120 Days = $2,300
• 180 Days = $5,000
• Orientation info: Rental car or plane ticket (depending upon driver’s domicile), single rooms, meals provided

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
• Flatbed experience must be within the past three years
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
