New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

Pay
$.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay and a $.01 CPM tenure increase annually.
OR
Choose 27% of line haul.
Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years; $1,300 for over 2 years.

Additional Advantages
Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025), paid in the first 180 days.
Week 1 = $1,500
Week 2 = $1,200
120 Days = $2,300
180 Days = $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements
1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience.
Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in three years.
No DUI in past 10 years.
Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
