Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers steady freight, unbeatable support, maximized home time, and pay options like percentage or cents-per-mile, with annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000.

Pay

• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase.
• Or choose 27% of line haul.
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (0-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years).

Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• Flatbed experience within the past three years.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No DUI in the past 10 years.
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required.
