With our Midwest regional routes, Montgomery Transport offers CDL-A flatbed truck drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, averaging $72,000 - $83,000 per year!

New Orientation and Driver Referral Pay Increase! (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025)

• CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Midwest Regional Benefits:
• $300 per day
• $1,500 per week
• Average $72,000 - $83,000 per year! Plus accessorials
• Orientation pay increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) - paid within the first 180 days:
• Week 1 = $1,500
• Week 2 = $1,200
• 120 Days = $2,300
• 180 Days = $5,000

Orientation Details:

• Rental car or plane ticket (depending on driver’s domicile)
• Single rooms provided
• Meals included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner

• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
