Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and administers treatment prescribed by a licensed physician to restore function and prevent disability following injury or illness.

• Provides patient-centered care to optimize performance and functional levels.
• Participates in operational, quality improvement, infection control, and safety activities.
• Maintains competencies, adheres to policies, and documents treatments accurately.
• Gathers data, develops and implements realistic care plans, and communicates effectively with patients and team members.
• Requires a degree in Physical Therapy, licensure, BLS certification, and knowledge of modalities, anatomy, and equipment operation.
• Work is per diem as needed, with strong communication and computer skills preferred.
