Job summary

Ameritech Staffing Services seeks a professional Class A CDL driver to operate 10-speed manual and automatic tractors inside Houston’s Loop 610 area. You will load securements, perform thorough vehicle inspections, and maintain logs while delivering heavy machinery to customers.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with valid DOT medical card.
• Experience hauling heavy loads on flatbeds.
• Familiarity with load securement using chains, binders and straps.
• Experience operating both manual and automatic tractors.
• Ability to perform pre-/post-trip inspections and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles (10-speed manual and automatic) safely and professionally.
• Transport heavy loads on flatbeds in full compliance with DOT regulations.
