The Driving Desk in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a Western Regional flatbed fleet. New grads or experienced drivers can expect consistent miles, paid flatbed training, and a path to a long-term career in specialized freight.

Requires valid Class A CDL; recent grads welcome; no flatbed experience required. Training is paid and includes tarping, load securement, and transition to the flatbed fleet after completion. Home time is about every two weeks with regional routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer hauling flatbed freight.
• Secure and tarp loads according to DOT and company standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate logs and DOT compliance.
