CDL-A Flatbed Delivery Specialist — Metals DistributionA Day in the LifeYou begin your shift by performing a thorough pre-trip inspection and reviewing your route. In the warehouse, you coordinate with the team to load metal of various shapes and sizes, using an overhead crane and forklift as needed. You verify packaging against customer specifications, secure the load for a flatbed, and head out. On the road, you operate under FMCSA safety standards, making on-time deliveries, completing jobsite pickups, and handling vendor pick-ups as scheduled. Back at the service center, you help unload, move materials, and support teammates to keep productivity high.
