Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions in Hayward, CA seeks a Field Service Technician I with CDL A to service grease traps and handle non-hazardous materials on local routes. The role emphasizes safe operations, DOT compliance, and strong customer service for restaurants, industrial plants, and retail locations.

You will start on a local 7PM shift, 12 hours, Sunday through Thursday, with a competitive pay rate of $33.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of Class A driving experience
• Current, valid CDL Class A License
• Tanker endorsement before day one
• Must register for Clearing House (FMCSA)
• Vacuum truck experience (Highly Preferred)
• Roll off and end dump experience (Highly Preferred)
• Medically qualified to operate a commercial vehicle
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more
• Maximum of two moving violations in past five years
• Maximum of one DOT recordable accident in past three years
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Heavy driving, vibration, and noise
• Schedule variations to meet customer demands
• Willing to work in hot, cold, and wet weather
• 24-hour operation
• Occasional regional overnight travel (1–3 overnights)

Responsibilities

• Deliver and service grease traps and used cooking oil bins.
• Comply with DOT, state regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain a good driving record.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections using DVIR system.
• Use tablet technology for service data and customer requirements.
• Deliver non-hazardous materials only as required.
• Available for on-call rotation when needed.
