Job summary

Gold Star is seeking a full-time Class A driver for operations near East Aurora, NY. The role involves delivering commercial bulk and bagged feeds with a strong emphasis on safety and timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with endorsements.
• Driving record must meet risk management requirements.
• Minimum 2+ years driving experience.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service on customer properties and public roads.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck in a safe and courteous manner.
• Perform pre-trip checks and comply with DOT requirements.
• Maintain and clean the truck interior and exterior.
• Load, reload, and assist others with loading as needed.
• Inspect hatches, augers and blowers for operation and serviceability.
• Ensure feed is unloaded to correct location/bin.
• Complete scale tickets, delivery papers, and driver logs accurately.
