Job summary

21st Century Personnel in Dallas is recruiting CDL-A drivers for an entry-level program that pays you during training. In the first 30 days you’ll be on the road with an experienced driver earning $850 per week while you gain essential over-the-road experience.

After training you’ll have opportunities with regional and U.S. driving, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision after 30 days, a 401(k), and late-model automatic trucks.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate from an accredited CDL academy
• Completed minimum 120 hours of CDL training
• Academy graduation within last 2 years
• Maintain a good driving record
• Able to complete all required DOT testing (hair or urine)
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude
• Commit to safe driving practices and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Gain on-road experience during training with an experienced driver
• Learn the skills to become a safe solo driver
