Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in paid training with a real mentor on regional routes.
• Learn hands-on tractor-trailer operations and pre/post-trip inspections.
• Transition to a solo driver with guaranteed weekly pay during training phases.
• Maintain logs, communicate professionally with dispatch, and adhere to DOT requirements.
