Job summary

Denali Water Solutions LLC is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to safely operate end dump equipment across Lancaster County and surrounding areas in Pennsylvania. The role requires at least two years of end dump and tractor-trailer experience, plus the ability to work with manual and automatic transmissions.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, potential overtime, and weekly pay. Compensation includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible hires and various safety and retention

Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL.
Two years of verifiable end dump experience.
Two years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
Experience with manual and automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A tractors with end dump equipment.
Transport, load, and unload materials at customer sites.
Operate end dump trailers and hydraulic systems.
Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and vehicle inspections.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain electronic driver logs and required paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch, customers, and operations.
Attend safety meetings and trainings.
