Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of dump truck driving experience, preferably in asphalt or construction materials.
• Travel: Daily travel required to multiple job sites within the region.
• Licenses: Valid CDL A with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks to transport asphalt, aggregates, and related materials to and from job sites in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery tickets, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with dispatch, plant personnel, and paving crews to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Follow all job site safety procedures, traffic control requirements, and environmental guidelines.
• Adjust driving and dumping operations based on weather, road conditions, and job site constraints.
• Ensure proper loading, securement, and unloading of materials to prevent spills, damage, or delays.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, contractors, and the public.
