Flint Logistics LLC in Dover, DE is hiring CDL-A truck drivers to run 100% no-touch dry van freight across the lower 48 with weekly home time. You will earn $1,400 to $1,600 per week, plus $1,000 orientation pay, and enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid vacation.

Fleet options include Freightliners, Volvos, and Peterbilts with 2017–2022 models available. Routes are consistent and mostly drop-and-hook, with orientation transportation provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in the last 24 months or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• CDL-A license in state of residence
• Experience with trailers 48 feet or longer
• Current DOT physical or assistance with the cost of obtaining a new one

Responsibilities

• Operate 48-ft or longer dry van trailers with no-touch freight.
• Maintain consistent weekly routes and home time.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.
