Job summary

Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a full-time position in Tampa, offering steady freight and home time every other weekend. Drivers haul no-touch dry van freight east of I-35 with an average of 700 miles per load and about 2,500 miles per week.

Trucks are late-model Kenworth & Freightliner sleepers; option to take the truck home or park at the terminal. Benefits include paid orientation, medical/dental/vision after 30 days, 401K after 6 months, and additional pay for detention,

Qualifications

• To qualify, you must have a valid CDL-A license and at least 3 months of tractor-trailer OTR experience within the last 3 years.
• No endorsements are required.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight primarily east of I-35
• Average haul length of 700 miles
• Run approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Operate Kenworth and Freightliner sleeper trucks
• Option to take truck home or park at terminal
