Flint Logistics LLC is seeking CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes based in Springfield, MA. You will handle mixed dry van and refrigerated freight across established lanes, averaging 2,500-3,000 miles per week with no-touch freight where possible.

The position offers competitive weekly pay of $1,450 to $1,675, guaranteed pay after 30 days, and six scheduled days off each month, plus paid orientation and quarterly raises based on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Current DOT medical certification.
