Orientation lasts 3 days with classes starting Monday or Wednesday. Transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals are provided during orientation. Drivers receive $375 orientation pay before being assigned their truck and first load. Orientation is designed to prepare drivers for dispatch procedures, company expectations, and day‑to‑day operations before hitting the road.
