What We Offer:

• • Competitive Pay: Earn $1,300-$1,550 per week, with additional CPM and allowances for detention, short-haul, breakdowns, and stop-pay.

Consistent Miles & Freight: Drivers average 1,800-2,400 miles per week while hauling primarily dry goods freight. Freight consists of a mix of drop and hook and live unload deliveries using dry van trailers. All freight is 100% no-touch.

Flexible Truck Parking: Park your truck at home or at one of our terminals during home time.

Operating Region: Operate primarily East of I-35. Established customer freight and regular lane activity help create a dependable workload while supporting weekly home time.

Equipment & Driver Support:

Assigned trucks help provide consistency from week to week.

• • Drivers may take their truck home during time off
• • 24-hour dispatch support is available when needed

Orientation:

Paid orientation includes hotel accommodations, travel arrangements, and meals. Drivers receive $250 orientation pay on their first paycheck. Single-occupancy hotel rooms are provided during orientation. Travel arrangements are coordinated, and meals are provided throughout orientation.

Hiring Requirements:
