Job summary

JROSE LOGISTICS is seeking drivers for a stable, year-round freight network. This fleet operates 100% no-touch drop-and-hook cargo, keeping handling to a minimum and boosting efficiency.

You will benefit from weekly pay ranging from $1,265 to $1,500, plus $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdowns. Onboarding is fully paid, with strong dispatch support and a fleet of newer tractors to keep you rolling.

• Minimum 6 months verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Full compliance with DOT background, safety and drug/alcohol screening

Job description

This fleet operates within an established, high-efficiency freight network. You won't be wasting your time tracking down loads or fingerprinting freight—this is stable, year-round, 100% no-touch drop-and-hook cargo.

Compensation Breakdown

• Consistent Revenue: $1,265 – $1,500 average weekly pay.
• CPM Structure: Competitive mileage pay covering both loaded and empty miles.
• Hourly Protection: $20.00 per hour paid out for detention and unexpected breakdowns.

What We Look For

• Credentials: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: At least 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Compliance: Full compliance with standard DOT background, safety, and drug/alcohol screening protocols.
• SAP OK if Step 6 is complete and driver has some experience with another carrier after completion.
