Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Marion, KY is seeking a CDL A Driver for Drop & Hook operations. You will safely remove and transport tires, perform trailer exchanges, and complete DOT logs and paperwork. The role demands attention to safety, independence, and professional communications with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Safely remove and transport tires from customer locations to Liberty Tire Recycling facilities or approved disposal sites.
Perform drop and hook trailer operations with loaded/empty trailers at locations and yards.
Ensure loads are secure and compliant with safety requirements.
Complete pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections; file DVIRs and report issues.
Accurately maintain DOT logs, bills of lading, manifests and paperwork.
Assist with yard moves, trailer positioning, and related transportation tasks.
