Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL-A drivers for 100% no-touch freight with regional lanes east of I-35 and no NYC trips. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,500, with top drivers earning up to $1,800. Orientation bonus of $300 is offered, with housing and travel covered for orientation.

New grads start at $0.55 per mile after training. You’ll drive 2022+ Freightliners/Kenworths, no slip seating, and i ntensively train for 4–6 weeks with a mentor.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old with valid Class A CDL in good standing.
• 6+ months tractor-trailer experience for existing drivers.
• New drivers: certificate from a 120+ hour accredited CDL program.
• Clean driving record and stable work history with explainable gaps.
• Must clear DOT/FMCSA compliance and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dry van freight.
• Regional lanes stay east of I-35; avoid NYC and outer boroughs.
• Maintain safe driving and comply with DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Participate in training/mentoring during the 4–6 week onboarding period.
