Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in Sherwood, AR is seeking CDL-A drivers of all experience levels for no-touch, regional freight. You’ll run dry van lanes east of I-35 with 70% drop-and-hook, enjoy modern equipment and home time between runs.

Starting pay ranges from $1,300 to $1,500 weekly, with top drivers at $1,800, plus a $300 orientation bonus. Training includes 4–6 weeks with an experienced mentor and full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 21 or older with valid CDL-A and good standing.
• Experienced drivers: 6+ months tractor-trailer time.
• New drivers: certificate from a 120+ hour CDL program.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch freight.
• Follow regional lanes staying east of I-35; avoid NYC area.
• Train with an experienced mentor for 4–6 weeks; home time between runs.
