Job summary

Valor is hiring CDL A drivers for a Midwest regional no-touch freight role. Drivers will be home every weekend for 48 hours, with weekly earnings in the $1,620–$2,020 range and a comprehensive benefits package. Night shifts are common, and drivers can take the truck home on weekends.

Requirements include a minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years, a clean driving record, and the ability to meet winter-condition driving demands. Equipment is modern and well-equipped.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• Night driving is required for this Midwest route.
• Clean driving record with limited incidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight and maintain safety on route.
• Proactively manage weekend home time and mileage targets.
• Complete deliveries on time while following company policies.
