Job summary

Werner in Appleton, WI is seeking an Industrial Transports Driver for the 3rd shift, starting at 7:00 PM, to deliver products to Werner branches and customer locations. You will load and unload, use forklifts, sort materials, and assist with packing as needed.

The role requires a Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and solid communication skills. You will coordinate maintenance and work with the RDC team in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Ability to learn and use MS Outlook.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.
• HS Diploma or higher optional but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck or tractor trailer to deliver products to Werner branches or customer sites.
• Load and unload using forklift or pallet jack as needed.
• Sort and distribute materials into appropriate bins in the RDC.
• Safely consolidate product for loading, stack/wrap pallets, and use load bars.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and coordinate routine maintenance.
• May assist with picking and packing of product.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
