Job summary

NIS EXPRESS in San Jose, CA is hiring truck drivers for dry van freight across the 11 western states. You will start with paid training riding with an experienced trainer, then move into your own truck on full pay once cleared.

Expect 1,700–2,100 miles per week, home every two weeks, and a weekly average of $1,000–$1,300 plus a performance bonus up to 6 cents per mile and $15 stop pay. Benefits include medical, dental, vision after 30 days and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required, 21+ years old
• No more than 2 moving violations in 2 years
• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van freight across 11 western states
• Cover 1,700–2,100 miles per week

• Option to run beyond the western states for more miles
