Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking CDL Class A drivers in California for regional and OTR routes. Trainees are welcome with 120+ CDL school hours. First solo dispatch includes a guaranteed $1,000 per week for 3 months, with solo pay from $1,000 to $1,500 per week.

Typical weekly miles range 1,800–2,200 with up to $0.06/mi bonus. Home every 2 weeks. Health, dental and vision after 30 days, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and $300 orientation pay with travel covered; riders and pets allowed after training.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Trainees welcome: 120+ hours of CDL school.
• Experienced: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years.
• Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years.
• Pass hair and urine drug testing.
