McLane is hiring a CDL-A Driver Trainee to build a lasting career in distribution. You will receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and support to become a skilled driver within a respected transportation team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess a Class A CDL.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer and handle lines to secure.
• Operate truck safely in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Inspect tractor-trailer equipment for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
