Blue Trucking is seeking a newly licensed CDL A driver to start a career as a Trainee. This dry van trainee role offers hands-on training with orientation and paid training to help you gain the experience needed for professional driving.

You may be placed on local, regional, or OTR routes based on ZIP code, with support throughout orientation, training, and dispatch placement as you advance to solo driving. No prior experience required; DOT physical and drug screen required.

Qualifications

• New CDL A drivers welcomed with no prior driving experience.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must complete required training program.

Responsibilities

• Begin training and placement on appropriate account near home ZIP, local/regional/OTR as available.
• Operate dry van freight during training and transition to solo driving.
• Adhere to safety and company policies throughout orientation and training.
