Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test.
• Pass road test.
• Attains or has valid DOT Health Card.
• Able to lift and move freight up to ~90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete Driver Trainee program and required training documentation.
• Ride with and assist driver trainer during deliveries.
• Perform pre/post trip safety inspections per DOT regulations.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies; report hazards.
• Deliver and unload orders; obtain signatures and handle payments when required.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and daily hours-of-service records.
• Ensure secure loading/unloading and proper trailer/dock procedures.
• Support team with additional duties as assigned.
