Expect 70% drop-and-hook freight, no-touch operating, and routes Monday to Saturday with 34-hour resets on Sundays. Training includes a mentor-driven plan and a path to your own truck.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Fresh CDL holders welcome to trainee program
• Willing to train and be mentored in solo driving

Responsibilities

• Attend onboarding and skills check with coaching
• Drive with a mentor for 10+ days and daily wheel time
• Operate dry van freight with 70% drop-and-hook and be home regularly
