Job summary

SYGMA Pennsylvania is seeking delivery drivers to transport products from the warehouse to customers in tractor trailers, with routes not exceeding 36 hours. The role offers opportunities to earn between $90,000 and $95,000 per year, plus paid training and incentives. Drivers work evenings, Sundays through Fridays, and can drive both team and solo routes, with a focus on safety and customer service. Brand new fleet and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year tractor-trailer driving experience preferred
• Valid Class A CDL and insurability to operate vehicle
• Ability to read and speak English to communicate, read signs and complete reports
• Completion of a tractor-trailer driving school acceptable in addition to diploma

Responsibilities

• Unload product from trailer according to customer specs and company standards
• Complete all required paperwork (logs, inspections, maintenance reports, invoices) accurately
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in truck and warehouse
• Develop good relationships with customers through excellent service
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
