Job summary

Swank Construction Company, LLC is seeking a CDL Driver to operate a variety of company vehicles including dump trucks and tankers at various construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL A with a Tanker Endorsement and a minimum of two years of experience in a construction environment.

This role requires the ability to conduct pre-trip inspections, assist with loading and unloading materials, and comply with Department of Transportation regulations along with company safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience operating commercial vehicles.
• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must be in a union or be willing to join a union.

Responsibilities

• Operate various commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
• May assist with loading and unloading materials.

Skills

Valid Commercial Driver's License - CDL A with a Tanker Endorsement

Experience operating commercial vehicles in a construction environment

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screens & background check

Willingness to travel for extended periods

Education

High school diploma or GED
