Trex Company in Winchester, VA is seeking a CDL Class A driver to deliver Trex decking and railing orders to pro channel and retail customers from our Winchester site. This role requires a CDL-A with active DOT physical and a commitment to safety and on-time deliveries.

You will shuttle trailers, transfer pellets to silos, inspect equipment, and complete required documentation. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and overtime may be required to meet production and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsabilités

• Represent Trex professionally while delivering to customer sites safely.
• Operate tractors and equipment to promote safety on shift.
• Support shuttle movements between Winchester sites, including wood trailers and vans.
• Transfer pellets from railcars to silos and into silos as needed.
• Weigh all trailers as required.
• Inspect trailers daily for damage to keep fleet intact.
• Work overtime as required.
• Support fleet center activities as needed.
• Obtain and maintain operational certification.
• Complete required driving documentation.
• Communicate effectively with Logistics Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, Maintenance, and coworkers.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
