Great Lakes Roofing Corp. in Germantown, WI is seeking a CDL-A Driver / Rigger / Crane Operator to join our team. This full-time role combines driving, rigging, and crane support to deliver materials to commercial roofing projects across Wisconsin.

You will operate CDL vehicles per DOT standards, assist with crane operations, and help on-site logistics while maintaining safety and quality. Weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and benefits are included as part of our commitment to employee growth.

Competenze

• Valid CDL-A license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Ability to obtain crane certification and complete required job-related training.
• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely work at heights, including rooftops and ladders.
• Ability to perform physical job duties including walking, standing, bending, climbing, and operating equipment.
• Willingness to travel throughout Wisconsin.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Mansioni

• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload roofing materials and equipment.
• Operate CDL vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Deliver materials and equipment to commercial job sites throughout Wisconsin.
• Operate forklifts in warehouse and yard environments.
• Assist with crane operations, rigging activities, and signaling as needed.
• Support jobsite logistics and warehouse operations.
• Participate in company-sponsored training and certification programs.
• Work collaboratively with field and operations teams to ensure project success.
• Provide professional service to customers and team members.
