Job summary

10-4 Logistics is hiring CDL-A drivers for regional dry van routes. Open to CDL-school graduates with no professional driving experience. Start with paid training at $850 per week and support from mentor and staff during training.

Regional routes with weekly home time and brand-new assigned trucks. You’ll earn $1,600–$1,800+ per week after training, with medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of instruction at an accredited CDL school.
• Ability to meet DOT and company hiring standards.
• No professional driving experience required for CDL graduates with training completed.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional dry van routes with drop-and-hook loads when available.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• Attend training and mentoring sessions during the ramp-up period.
