Job summary

10-4 Logistics offers a paid mentor program to train CDL graduates for solo driving on Eastern Regional routes. Trainees earn $850 per week and work one-on-one with an experienced driver, earning a truck assignment after successful completion.

Post-training, drivers transition into a full-time role with no-touch dry van freight and weekly or biweekly home-time options, plus company-paid benefits and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and completion of a CDL program.
• Safe driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and professionally.
• Complete regional pickups and deliveries for assigned routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and log activities.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and follow safety rules.
• Communicate with dispatchers and customers in a professional manner.
