Job summary

Dollar General Fleet is hiring CDL-A Company Drivers to deliver freight between Dollar General Distribution Centers, stores, and vendors. The role offers weekly home-time and regional routes, with pay of up to $82,000 per year for experienced drivers.

Drivers earn 67 CPM–71 CPM, with paid weekly payroll, mile and stop pay, and quarterly/annual safety bonuses. Benefits begin day 1, including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No more than one moving violation or accidents in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight to Dollar General stores and distribution centers on time.
• Unload freight and rolltainers at each delivery site safely.
• Operate the vehicle and transport freight across interstate/intrastate routes.
• Recover and return empty equipment to the distribution center as required.

Pay & Benefits:

• Drivers earn up to $82,000 per year with 2 years of experience!*
• Earn 67 CPM - 71 CPM*

• Average 770 miles per week

Requirements:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Must be 21 years of age
