Job summary

Golden State Foods in Oahu seeks a Class A CDL driver to support our local routes. You’ll deliver food products to restaurant customers, perform safe loading/unloading, and maintain DOT logs with accuracy.

This 2 PM–12 Midnight shift requires lifting 75+ lbs, DOT compliance, and excellent communication with dispatch and store teams. Competitive pay starts at $27.89/hour with incentive pay and overtime options, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• A valid Class A CDL, current DOT medical card, and at least 1 year of tractor-trailer driving and delivery experience.
• Ability to lift 5–75+ lbs., stay active throughout the shift, and work in multi-temperature environments (coolers/freezers).
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication with dispatch, store teams, and fellow drivers.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a 24/7 operation.
• Ability to complete vehicle inspections, maintain DOT logs, and meet all compliance requirements, including reading and speaking English as required by DOT regulations.

The Schedule & Setting

• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Schedule: 2PM-12 Midnight
• All trailers equipped with lift gates - no ramps
• Touch freight - with repetitive lifting 75+ lbs

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $27.89/hr
  • Incentive pay can add an extra $8.75 more per hour
  • Up to 10 hours of overtime a week
