Job summary

Pace Driver’s, Inc. in Minnesota is hiring experienced CDL A Drivers for a home-daily, local, no-touch freight position on consistent routes. This contract-to-hire role offers a predictable schedule with Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shifts and daily home time.

You will operate newer tractors, handle 150-mile local routes, 6–10 stops per day, mostly drop-and-hook, with occasional double drop. Candidates need a valid CDL A, at least 3 years of CDL A experience, ability to back up, lift up to 75

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL A license.
• Minimum 3 years of CDL A experience.
• Comfortable backing a tractor trailer and lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Clean 2-year MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate newer tractor trailers (less than 5 years old).
• Run local routes within ~150 miles.
• Complete 6–10 stops per day.
• Primarily drop-and-hook freight.
• Occasional double drop-and-hook.
• Minimal touch freight; use pallet jack rarely.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.

We're hiring experienced CDL A Drivers for a home-daily position hauling no-touch freight on consistent local routes. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a company known for treating its drivers well and offering excellent benefits after hire.

Pay

• $32 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Overtime available (average 5 hours per week)

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 6:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Home every day
• No weekend routes
